Port Perry native Rob Jamieson has been elected president of the student union at Lakehead University in Thunder Bay. Mr. Jamieson, 22, is finishing his degree in outdoor education and geography this spring at Lakehead and his one year Escapes injuries A 22-year old Stouffville man escaped serious injury after a snowmobile accident on Lake Scugog late Sunday afternoon. Durham Police said David Ledlie was driving around the circular track on Kent's Bay at Port Perry when he caught the bank and was thrown from his machine.
