One of the most enjoyable aspects of all the fishing shows is that the weekend angler gets an opportunity to obtain a tip or two or swap stories with other anglers that earn a living in the fishing business Anytime I grabbed a break and wandered around the show there was always somebody asking advice of some sort at the Fish N' Canada booth, the Shimano tions and suggest alternative fishing methods that may be productive for you. One of the most talked about walleye techniques that is sure to catch on in a big way is rip jigging. For Lake Scugog anglers it sure seems to be an alternative and relevant technique.
