Recycling, collecting and disposing of garbage is one of : the largest single items in the budget. 7 Council has appointed an ad, hoc committee of chairman Doug Moffatt (Ward 1) Joyce Kelly (Ward 4) Karen Puckrin (Ward 5) to host public meetings in the Township on the topic of garbage.
