Howzver, as Scugog, Uxbridge and Brock Township are part of Durham Region, _ they are included as part of the GTA-- which stretches from Hamilton on the west to Bowmanville on the east, Mayor Hall said Goldman was very interested in the suggestion that rural municipalities north of the Oak Ridges Moraine should never become an official part of a new GTA.
