The Durham Police homicide unit is investigating the death of an Oshawa man whose body was found Saturday morning near a bicycle path along Oshawa Creek near the Mill Street Bridge. Calling the death of 29-year old Robert Maw of no fixed address "suspicious," Police say it could be several weeks to get results of forensic tests to determine the exact cause of death. A post mortem on Sunday failed to determine the cause, according to a police statement issued Monday.
