Durham Police say there were five people in the two vehicles which collided at the intersection of Marsh Hill and the 6th Concession. Police have charged a Peterborough woman with failing to stop. She was westbound on Concession 6 when the accident occurred. Meanwhile, a 74 year old Zephyr man remains in very serious condition in Sunnybrook Medical Centre. Police say William Peacock was baling hay the: afternoon of June 20 when he got off the tractor to check the baler. The tractor lurched forward knocking him to the ground and in crash the rear tire ran over his chest. , He was found a short time later by his son who called 911.
