The demand for more and thore health services provided by doctors is going to increase at the same time. not going to force Mr. Harris and his government to change its mind on health cares spending this year. Doctors and nurses are the front line people in this system. Already a lot of people think our much-touted health care system has done down-hill in recent years. Where will it be by the year 2000. Debt reduction, balancing thé budget and putting money back in the pockets of the people in the form of tax breaks are ble things for any government to attain.
