Passed away suddenly in Oshawa on Friday, May 28th, 2021 at the age of 28. Much loved daughter of Sandra Scott and Ross Willett and his wife Cheryl all of Whitby. Loving sister of Natalie Hampton. Cherished aunt of DJ. Remembered by step- brother Josh and step-sister Alyssa. Kelsey's fur baby Dakota will be forever missing her. Kelsey is fondly remem- bered by her aunts and uncles including Dianne Patterson, Connie Shepherd, Bill Willett and Ruth Colburn (Joe). Kelsey will be forever remem- bered and loved by her cousins and many close friends and extended family. Visitation on Wednesday.
