What a wonderful life they had together. Sheila is survived by our 2 daughters: Catherine Ann and Susan Lynne of Oshawa. Sheila was a devoted mother and friend to our girls. Sheila is also survived by her sister Margaret Geisberger and her husband Bill of Brechin, as well as brothers-in law Don Whitbread and his wife Marilyn and Bill Whitbread and his husband Gary Christie, as well as numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews. She was an avid reader and puzzler solver. Sheila so enjoyed making cards for all her family and friends. Special thanks to the Lakeridge Hospital Staff in the Trauma Centre and the Critical Care 2 Unit. As per Sheila's request there will be no visitation and she will be cremated. I will miss you forever Sheila! - Harold MCCARROLL (nee Murtha), Gail Marie June 4, 1947 - May 23, 2022 ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ Peacefully passed away after a brief battle with cancer in the presence of her husband and son. Loving wife of Dan McCarroll for 54 years. Devoted mother of Dan Jr (Kelly) and grandmother of Madison and Aidan. She is predeceased by her parents Earl and Lucille and her sister Patricia. As rheumatoid arthritis took its toll, Brad became more of a spectator, watching NFL, PGA, NASCAR and the Blue Jays. He still enjoyed boating, shooting pool and playing euchre.
