Mr, Cook, physical in- structor, has had the boys rolling the course for the past week, but as the ground was very hard and dry, no im- i pression was made with the roller, With the sun shining brightly today, and a warm breeze blowing, students are optimistic that this will be the best field day in the school's history. The activities are being held in the school grounds, Mr. Cook having | charge of the hoys' events, while Miss Smith has charge of the girls' events, Gold medals are being given to the Hollingshead Cq. of Canada, Ltd. a mixture of oils, is guaranteed by Mr, Kemburg and the Hollingshead Company, to give perfect lubrica- tion to the gears at 35 degrees be- low zero, and lower. "All other grease that I have ex- perimented with," declared Mr. Kembring, "will solidify at five to ten degrees below zero, and al- though a motorist may shift his gears at that temperature, the grease is nnt fluid enough to lubi- cate the gears, and as a consequence the gears are running just as though there were no grease in the transmission box at all. "Some companies," continued the youthful research chemist, "have advocated the mixing of coal oil with the grease to stop its solidfy- ing, but I thought there must be a way to prevent solidfying and the following channelling without add- ing anything to the grease, "I have succeeded, and I guaran- tee that this grease will not chan- nell, but will give perfect lubrica- tion at any temperature encounter- d anywhere in this coutnry, con- sluded Mr. Kembring., "We have alled it Sub-zero Grease, Mr. Kembring has had vears experience in research work, having worked eight years in the laboratory of the Standard Oil; Jompany of Pennsylvania, and six ears with the R.
