The storm came up in the early hours of the morning and the lightning seemed dangerously near at times. The case was that of Ti Sheard, of Ham: ilton, charged with/being intoxicated while in charge of 4 car. No one was present to handlg/ the case for the Crown. The complainant was High- way Constabte Law, Sheard's car collided with a car driven by Wm. C. Johnston, of To ronto, on the evening of Septembe 27, between Whithy and Oshawa. Johnston and his companien, T.
