J, Rundle states that she will prabably have to remain for about six months, IN FORM OF SHOWER Whitby, March 31.--Miss Jean McGregor was pleasantly surprised last evening when she entered the home of Miss Muriel Draper, osten- tatiously, and was there greeted hy a number ot her friends who had gathered to honor her on her com- ing marriage, and to present her with a shower of lovely and useful gifts. The reading of the verses which accompanied each gift gave much amusement to the girls and the games and music added mueh to the enjoyment of the evening. Dainty refreshments were served by the hostess and the guests depart- ed wishing Miss McGregor much happiness in her wedded life. Comrade Gay, president of the Auxiliary, replied on behalf of the ladles, Mrs. Greenaway of the Lambton post, also spoke a few words of welcome to the visitors.
