He was born April 7th, 1871. Mr. Jackson settled in Moose Jaw in 1903. He was in the employment - of the Massey-Harris-Company there, 5 and invented a stook loader which was | most successful, but waa replaced when the combines came into use. In 1906 he was married to Diadema | & Battell, daughter of Henry Battell; a {jd ploneer of Moose Jaw, who settled | there in 1889. 'For some years Mr. and Mrs. Jack-|§ son farmed near that city, and-in 1933 moved to Durban, later they moved to Peachland, B.C. where they made many friends dur- their short stay. Mr. Jackson. is survived by his widow, one sister Mys, Will Spinks, and four brothers, The 'funeral service was held from the "United Church on Sunday, June 3rd, with Rev. J, H.
