The Minutes were read and adopted. 12 members answered the roll call, and wwo visitors present. : Mrs. J. Wilson read the lesson thoughts on "lcaster"; the hymn *Be- neath the Cross of Jesus" was sung. Mrs. N. Prentice read the Scripture-- Mark 16:1-8. Mrs. E. Parish, -our guest speaker, read an interesting and nelpful paper, "The Winter is rast". Mrs. R, Clark read "An Easter Mes- sage"; Mrs, J. Millman played a piano number; Darlene Brown and Doreen Cumming sang a duet. Two poems were read "Wishing" by C. Geer and "Winning Friends" by Mrs, P. Luke. The meeting closed with the Mizpah Benediction. A social time was then spent. The May meeting will be held at the home 6f Rev. B, Eyres, the ladies from the 6th concession will be in charge. YOUTH FOR CHRIST MEETING Youth, Saturday night were thrilled by the program of Youth for Christ, held in the Uxbridge Music Hall. Un- usual talent from Toronto Veterans' Christian Fellowship held the rapt at- tention of a fine audience. As is the case in all Youth for Christ meetings, varied music formed the larger part of the program. Paul Storms from Owen Sound, oc- cupied the. chair, while Roy Hall, of Toronto, conducted lively singing with his trombone.
