The girls answered the roll call with one thing they learned about a garden. Each girl teported to Mrs. Boundey re- garding the success of her potted plant, Mrs. Cooke gave a talk on "The Storage of Vegetables" and Mrs, Boundey conducted a' garden quiz. Miss Shaver then gave the girls a very interesting talk in regard to what is expected of them on Achievement Day. It was decided that the club would meet at the head at 1.30 on August 17, and make a tour of the girls' gardens as a body, ending up with a picnic at Stephenson's Point. . The girls then went to the dining served consisting of a salad plate, jelly and whipped cream. Yvonne moved a hearty vote of thanks to Mrs, Samells and Jean, : Evelyn and Dorothy Collins has just returned from their trip to Washing- ton, Niagara Falls, New York and Cleveland.
