Chief Observer Bob' Stocker acted as chair- [ man of the meeting and introduced, his observers, Mr. Stocker then called' on, his Regional Supervisor, Mr. Clare Keevil to take over the meeting and introduce the visitors from out-of- Mr, '0. J. Boe of Seagrave, Mrs. J. Lawrerice of Myrtle and others from duced their observers brought to this meeting. The classes on aircraft recognition are always enjoyed and the observers are certainly learning to spot the dif- ferent aircraft. Mr. Baker of course is a very interesting instructor. they had Lees #1 Tobin, Seagrave received their wings along with others from Bowmanville. Col. Gamey of Orono and his ob- servers visited the R.C.A.F. Filter Centre at Barrie on Sunday and Fly- ing Officer A. K. Shepard, Officer Commanding, acted as host for the afternoon. Thursday, June 24th, at 8 p.m. there will be a meeting at the Public School Building in the Village of Pickering. Anyone interested in this type of work is asked to attend.
