NITE + Camp Borden Air Force had things pretty well their own way at Camp Borden last Friday night as they top- pled our local Int. "C" quintet 76-55. (While the game has been protested on various grounds no word of allow- ance or disallowance of the Protest has come through). « The fact that the Lions led by 6 points 'at the 10 minute mark and trailed by but 8 at the half would give, we feel, a better indication of the two teams but what goes in the score book determines the outcome and here the Flyers were tops. At home Saturday our club will he out to pull a terrific upset by erasing the 21 pt. margin in case nothing comes of the protest. The P.P.H.S. Bantams really got swamped by a vastly improved Whitby H.S. team losing the series by 21 at home and 19 AWAY. did this rgllied in their final league game in the final quarter to gain a tle with the P.P,H.S. lads but in the ' play-offs the Whitby boys were the better team. Our Juniors from P.P.H.8. will meet 'Bowmanville here Friday for the Lake Ontario COSSA title in the first game of a 2 game total point series, The PPHS seniors will hook up with the highly rated Port Hope Seniors. in a similar play-off.
