They were under the leadership of Lawrence McLaughlin, Harold Martyn and Gerald Asselstine, with assistance "from Roy 'Graham and, Delton Fisher, Much the same activities were car- 'ied on at both Camps. "B"" pack built a dam which enabled the Cubs to swim Games were played, which were both lots of fun and in- structive and brought good sports- manship to the fore, Both Packs went to View Lake for swim parade and the following Cubs received their swimmer hadge--Dennis McLaughlin, Douglas Metcalf, Ronald Minshall and "David Mackie. Two mothers each time took care of two meals a day which was very much appreciated by the boys and leaders. One of the high- lights of "A" pack was the making and erection of a sign calling the camp "Camp Trewanda." Every year the new Cubs consider this camping adventure a great ex- perience as many have never camped out before. The leaders would like to thank all the friends who supplied the tents, helped with the camp before the boys moved in, and the Mothers Aux- iliary for their willing help with the food. The mothers report since, the boys came home happy but very tired and the leaders report they are very, very tired.
