Mrs. Newnham to purchase a note book which will comprise the newly established menu and prices of weddings, banquets and other servings of food. Last- Tuesday evening one highlight of the season of sport took place when about twenty- five lady golfers over-indulged at a delicious banquet at Hau- gens Bar-B-Q, Manchester, E&- ther Heayn's team (Swamp An- gels) won the league trophy. Marie Snooks was a .close run- ner-up. Joan Christie was the receipent of a trophy, being the best lady golfer of the season. Blackstock Institute with the ! The guests were alse happy to present a lovely cup and saucer to Nora Beacock for her effi- cient help from day to day. All returned to the Club House at "Sunnybrae Golf Course" (Da- vidson's) for remainder of the evening. Court Whist, prizes and more food enjoyed. Hope it is clear to all that golfing will be continued while weather permits. Recent guests of Mr. and Mrs. Larry Huston were Mr. and Mrs. Tom Spoor and their dau- ghters Marjorie and Terrie of Kenmore N.Y. ' The sixth annual family Bar- B.Q. was recently held at the home of. Mr. and Mrs. Larry Huston. All enjoyed a sumptu- ous repast of Chickens (ably prepared by Larry Huston) and a variety of salads and pies.
