Sypathy is extended Mrs. Mec- Kechnie on the death Friday of her sister in Chesley. Mr. and Mrs, Kenneth Duns- moor and family and Mrs. Mec- Kechnie spent the week-end at Chesley. Mrs. McKechnie re- mained for a couple of weeks. Mr. and Mrs. Bruce Mountjoy and family spent the week-end with her brothers near Owen 'Sound. The Anglican chicken pit sup- per and bazaar Friday evening - was a decided success. Mr, Cecil Hill are spending a couple of days with their brother Rev. Merrill Ferguson and family, Stratford and other friends en- route. Sadie Hawkin's Dance was held in the Recreation Centre on October 25th with a large crowd. Music was provided by Toomes Orchestra.
