FEB. 27th, 1964 Stouffville Score Three In Two Minutes Gain Tie With Flyers In Second Game Stouffville Clippers after trailing Port Perry Flyers by | three goals with a minute and thirty seconds left to play in the third period caught fire and scored three goals in 68 sec- onds to tie the Flyers in their second game of the play-offs. Flyers looked like a new team in this second game, com- the season. Port opened the scoring early in the first period when Johnny McMillan com- bined with McNenly and Camp- give the Flyers a one goal lead. Both teams were skating and mark when Saunders broke loose and tied the score for the Clippers, while McMaster and Oke were sitting in the penalty box for Port Perry. Mr. Rae Webster acted as chairman for the event and as usual the meal was prepared capably by the guide mothers. One of the cubs, Julian Dia- mond proposed a toast to the fathers, which was responded to by his father Dr. John Diamond. After introducing the head "table guests, the Chairman, Mr. Webster asked Akela, Stan Ploughman to introduce his as- sistants during the year, Annie Wakeford, Jim McMaster, Dave Murray, Larry Emmerson and Chris Dowson. ig 'chairman-also introduced .
