The Scripture of Psalm 92 was read by Mrs. Jack Manns and Mrs. N. Reader gave a reading on "The Palm Tree". Mrs. L. Martyn conducted the study and discussion from the 1st Chapter of "God and His Purpose" and stressed the meaning of life. Myrtle Manns conducted a contest on the find. ings on a penny and Betty Reader had everyone sketch her neighbour and then all guessed the names of the portraits. The girl's teams remained at home and played host to the Brock teams. The junior girls emerged the victors while the senior girls were edged by a slight margin. Friday, Jan. 22 in our own gymnajsium the men from outer 'space landed. They left on our planet a gigantic rocket and other things symbolic to their enviroment. The highlight of the evening was the choosing of a new queen and princess for 1965. After a few moments the judges decided - that Susan Roach and Gale Forder would be crowned the new queen and princess respectively for 1965.
