Mrs. C. Graham read the Serip- ture selection. Mrs. John Pear- ce conducted the study from "The Word and the Way". The theme was about "The Church and the World". At the con- clusion we considered the place of the church in to-day's poli- tics and social experiences. The church's place with rela- tion to the rest of the world wag fitted into Mrs. D. Mrs. J. Dowson had 2 hum- ourous readings, "Mistaken Values" and a woman's version of "Men". Mrs. D. Gerrow added an- other reading -- "Let's give mom her breakfast in bed".
