Three properties have recent- ly been sold in Manchester, the Tom Donnelly home, the J. W. Crosier farm and the property owned by Mr, Albert Timms, Mrs .Edith Dobson is a pa- tient in Port Perry hospital. Her many friends hope for_ her a speedy recovery, Miss Eunice Roach and friend of Toronto were at her home here on Saturday. Mr, and Mrs. Everett Doupe, Robert and Barbara joined the Doupe clan at a celebration din- ner at Havelock recently. Also many thanks to Mrs. A. Menzies for her generous dona- tion of complimentary tickets, Shampoo & etc. at her Salon for the rest of the season. Mrs. H., Wallace was the winner of one of those donations at our last euchre. (Thank you ladies we appreciate your gifts). The euchre was also well pat- ronized on Sat.
