Mrs. Betty Reader conducted a quizz from chap. 2 of the Study Book under the heading of "God Speaks for Himself" through Revelation, in Creation. History and through Conscience, The Roll Call required us to recall a book we had read. It was interesting to note how titles of books read in teen-age days had remained in the mem- ory with great impressions. When Mrs. Bonnie Gerrow re~- ported for the Hospital, she said the forfeit calendars were being left until fall, but the Spring Fair is dated for May 28. She listed all the different departments where organiza- tions can help and stated that the "Head" will look after the "Apron" sale, As donations we may give sewn articles, home baking, candy, white elephants, plants, used articles, items for touch and take or for fish pond, 26¢, articles for adults and 16c. articles for children. The roll call for April is to be some item for the fair. During the business period it was settled that we hold the Hospital euchre for March b and the "Head" U.C.W. euchre for March 26th in the base- ment of "Grace" Church instead of the Township Hall as it is more convenient at present for dishes, heat and care, For the first one each member donated 60c. toward the lunch. We are very pleased to an- nounce that Mr. Thos, Redman was able to enjoy his 90th birthday on Feb. 23 even if it was in an unusual setting in Mr. Redman is a very co-operative patient and the nurses were all very good and kind to him. Now he is home again with pink cheeks and more pep.
