I would like to mention an- other rule of the Club that was humbly omitted They give aid to all motorists in distress, be it on the highway, in a parking lot or in your own driveway. Living on a street with several members I have seen this rule carried out many times in many different ways. I have only praise for these young citizens and 'am proud of them and their high standards. Keep up the good work fellows. Yours truly, (Marion Murray) Mrs. I was very interested to read the jten in last week's paper about the Pacemakers and would like to state what I have observed many times. I see. some of the members of this club daily driving in a Of Pacemakers" thirty mile per hour zone at speeds which could be estim- ated to be much more than twice the speed, limit. They also roar their high. powered motors flers in intermediate geers at approximately fifty mile per hour in this thirty mile zone. I am wondering if this is a courteous aim. I am not doubting that they are fine young men, but I wonder that they do not con- -sider it a sin to knowingly en- danger the lives and safety of innocent motorists on the road, and children playing in their own yards. I do not doubt their driving ability but they do not know when someone is going to turn or try to enter this street, and when they are going at this terrific speed mo one else has much chance, so I think that they should abide by the speed law, A Witness WHY Uxbridge 852-3321 By.
