He stated that farmers would like- ly receive the same total num- ber of dollars under the new plan as they receive now from the present plan. There would be more incentive however for the farmer to produce a higher quality product. Cos- tumes were lovely, champion skaters performed their very best, also the Clowns deserved special mention too, as they certainly perform and do clever acts on the ice.
