Christmas activities are getting into high gear. On Sat. Santa arrived at the estore as per schedule and a lot of other folks did too: The grocer figures they ser- ved 190 children and 150 adults. Quite a coffee party! Event number 2 'was: the ® Christmas Pageant in the church on Sunday evening. This is perhaps the highlight of the year. for the S.S. youngsters who really love acting out the Christmas estory. As usual it was quite successful and as usual the angels had some trouble keeping still for the quite considerable length of time required. 'The credit this year goes to Mrs. Barr, Mrs; o Carr, Mrs. K. Sturman and Mrs. N. Wanamaker. Of course Supt. Nicholls read the bible passages and Mrs. Short was at the organ. It is to be held on Saturday, December 14th, from 4:30 to 7:30 at Anna Croxall's house. We were each invited to bring a friend along. These meeting were held at Dale Smith's and Margaret and Jessie QOosterlo's home, both after which we had refreshments. We are getting ready for Achiement Day, on January 11th, 1969.
