The Clements - Belairs:-- Mrs. C. was in Greenbank with Mr. & Mrs. Ernest Till. The Belairs were in Port Perry with Mr. and Mrs. Earl Bryant. On Sunday Mr. and Mrs. Doug McMillan of Oshawa were afternoon and evening guests there. The preceding Sunday Mr. and Mrs. Robt. Brinksan and family were around. Gina Brinkman re- mained for a day. The Bruces:--Miss Marion Kennedy of Kingston was the week-end guest of Don- na Bruce. The two girls be- came friends while attending Camp Quimolac in the sum- mer. The Greenbank North 4-H Club landed at Bruces for lunch on Sat. night following a bowling party in town. Mrs. D. Crosier and Mrs. H. They are keeping Ken's snow mobile busy. - Church: -- Everyone knows by now that somebody goofed a week ago so no fuel oil, no heat, no church, no 8.S. and no comments. It was warmer this week and attendance was fairly good. Among other things we heard a sermon entitled "What's in Your Saddle Bags" and a duet by Mrs. Tobin and Mrs. Abraham. 'At S.S. the Jr. Class (only 1 girl and 4 boys this time) gave a musical number. Little Mark Sturman care: fully dropped his 4 birthday pennies one by one but Mrs. nephews Allan and Bill Wray Gladys Short slipped hers in all at once. Attendance was 1. The annual 'church meet- ing is called for Jan. 28th so try to get yeur donations in soon.- 4 U.C.W. will hold their 1st meeting on Jan. 14 at 8:00 o'clock sharp.
