Obituary ERNEST ALEXANDER MARTYN ® After a lengthy illness, J Ernest Alexander (Alex) Martyn passed away at Scarborough Centenary Hospital on November 12th, 1971 in his 85th year, . Mr. Martyn was born in Bowmanville, son of the late Philip Martyn and Mary ° McCulloch. He was predeceased 'by three brothers, William, Howard .and Robert and one sister (Florence) Mrs. Stephen Lambkin. The Rev. Mark Reeves of 'Port Perry conducted the service at the chapel of McDermott-Panabaker, Port Perry on November 15th and the burial was in Pine Grove Cemetery, The pallbearers were Alan Carter, Angus Wilkinson, Allan Redman, Nelson Reader, Donald Gerrow and Alvin Heayn. Mrs. Ruby Fielding and Mrs. Roy Dobson enjoyed the chartered bus trip to Toronto last week. Mr. and Mrs, Hal Martin were with her parents Mr. and 'Mrs. A. Roach on Saturday.
