THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE VILLAGE OF PORT PERRY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: That it=is hereby prohibited for indjviduals to push or move snow from school yards, parking lots, - and other such properties on to a public street or highway within the Village of Port Perry. 3 Nothing in this By-Law shall prohibit normal clearing of driveways as long as no large deposits of snow are left on roadways and streets of the Village. Every person who contravenes any of the provi sions of this by-law shall upon conviction thereof, for- feit and pay at the discretion of the convicting magis- trate a penalty (exclusive of costs) not exceeding the sum of $300.00 for each offence.
