For the villages and town- ships in this particular area the outcome should concei- vably be -more significant than that of the past and if our choices happen to be wise, the distinctions in most cases will be all the more remarkable by comparison to the results of other previous elections In recent years we have become acutely sensitive to events related to the massive problem of urban expansion. The eminant planners of Regional Government, in- cluding our area in their projections, have submitted their proposals of wide- spread reforms to our pre- sent method of governing which. if instituted, will undoubtedly reduce the | rd plish the task.
