MIKE SCOTT Senior boys win third basketball tournament Port Perry Senior boys basketball team won their third major tournament at Cobourg last Saturday. The boys lost thet first game to Cobourg West '46-27, but came back in the second round to take Belleville Centennial 61-48. Laurie Skinner and Jim Zoet were the games top scorers, with Steve Cochrane and Roland Skinner setting up many fine scoring plays. In the third game Port edged Park Street 51-46. The Orillia gang was really up for this contest, but fine play making by Roland Skinner and Steve Cochrane again saved the day. Jim Zoet was the games top rebounder and rookie Cal Cochrane came off the bench to pop in two baskets. . After just squeezing through the third game Port came on strong in the fourth and all but wiped out Cobourg East with a decisive 50-35 victory.
