Mr. Clemons represented the Joint Dairy Breeds at the Canadian Trade Fair which was held in Peking during the past year, and was one of 500 Canadians who had the opportunity to attend this event. 25,000 people per day attended the Fair from all parts of China as specialists in their particular fields of endeavour. He stated that those interested in the dairy business came to ask questions, through his two interpreters, about what Canada had to offer by way of commerce in this field. ted that their value would be approximately $500 per head in China.
