Mitchell were Mr. and Mrs. Phil Waring and girls of Ajax and friends from South Wales, and Mrs. Mrs. Mitchell was a guest of Mr. and Mrs. Russell Plkey of Leaskdale on Tues- day, and on Saturday visited Mr. and Mrs. Milt Parkin, of Kinsale. Mr. and Mrs. Jim Rumohr and Mr. and Mrs. Fred Sumsion of Sebright spent Wednesday afternoon with mm. and baby of Taunton visited Pp with Mrs. Cecil Harper on Wednesday afternoon. Miss Marie Collins spent part of the weekend with Miss Kathy Sutcliffe. Mr. and Mrs. Peter Sutcliffe and Mr. and Mrs. Stewart Bray were guests of Mr. and Mrs. Jack Miller of Mississauga their wedding anniversary Mr. and Mrs. Donald Sut cliffe of Janetville and Mrs. Clair Brockman and Michelle of Courtice were Sunday visitors with the Sutcliffes. Sgt. R.A. Young of the ORT PERRY STAR -- Wednesday. Sept. 19th, 1973 -- 23 Saunders and Mr. Saunders last week. Mr. and Mrs. Ted Colbourne, Laurel and Danny of Oshawa called on Rev. and Mrs. I.L.. Saunders. recently. Come to the Euchre in the hall on Friday evening. Oct. 4 is the date of the Blood 0.P.P. at Chapleau called on his sister, Mrs. I.L. Mr. Jack Crosier. Mrs. Michael son. Rev. Brian Gazzard, minister of St. John's United Church, Elmvale was the guest speaker. Mrs. Beverly Thompson, minister of the Wilfrid Pastoral Charge, and Mrs. Lorne Slute, the church organist, provided special music. Their min- istry of word and music was highly appreciated and enjoyed. On September 23, B.U.G.L.E. services will be held in Goodwood at 10:00 a.m. and at Ballantrae at 11:30 a.m. Utica Sunday School meets at 10:15 a.m. A speedy recovery is wished for Mrs. Earl Ballard, a patient in Ux- bridge Cottage Hospital, and Mr. Lloyd Brawn, a patient in hospital at Newmarket. Mr. and Mrs. Doug MacCannell and children of Peterborough were Sunday visitors with Mr. and Mrs. Mervyn MacCannell. A presentation and dance was held in Utica Com munity Hall on Friday eve- ning to honour Mr. and Mrs. Bill Anderson of Epsom. -- Master Todd Wilbur spent Manchester Special Anniversary ser- vice Sunday, Sept. 23 at 11 a.m. at Manchester United Church. Sunday School has started all children invited. Mr. and Mrs. L.B. Roberts are on vacation in Alabama; visiting Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Mitchell and sons.
