Palm Sunday didn't bring We Wish You The - Very EMIEL AND KATHY VERN GLASS 1260 Simcoe St. N. - 728-6214 too many out to church. Pogue this is Holy Week and Sunday was the beginning of the count down when he had to prepare and declare himself as the Messiah. The most final part of a decision like weddings or events is really when a day is chosen for such, and we plan for the completion. So also the decision for Christ's Best death was really made ear- lier. In 132 A.D. the Jew were driven from their homeland until recent years. It is possible if we don't obey the Will of God, judgement could fall upon us and we could lose our land too. When 20 percent of the world has 80 percent of the World's resources and -we are unconcerned, we continued to destroy Jesus. The "'Scugog Spring Fol- lies" being presented on April 18 next Thursday at 'Grace Church is in aid of the Building Fund for a new set of steps which is badly needed. The following week the "Head" and "Grace"' U.C.W.'s will work together on April 24 when there will be a hot luncheon in 'Grace' church at noon and then an art and craft show in the old Centre School afternoon and even- ing. Some sale of produc- tion are expected. Look in "Coming Events." On Saturday evening Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Hewson of Whitby accompanied Mr. and Mrs. Clifford Red- man to Toronto for a -cele- bration. The occasion was a Wedding Anniversary. Eighteen years ago the Eastwood sisters had persuaded the prospective grooms that at a double ceremony could be interest- ing and memorable, and thus this fairly unusual double event evolved. Now their families have grown up together and are proud of the destinction.
