Mrs. Wilbert Archer spent a week in Minden at Mrs. Will Dugan and visited sev- eral friends and relatives in the area. She returned home last Friday. RANGERS FASHION SHOW The Cartwright Rangers' Annual Fashion Show held Wednesday, May 8 was in- deed a success this year. The Rangers like to go 'all out' when entertaining the community. So they had a bake sale with, delicious 'home-baked' items. When these quickly sold out, there: was a penny sale followed by a dainty lunch of assorted beverages and fancy cook- ies. Nearly twenty Girl Guides spent the weekend on a camping expedition in Roy McLaughlin's Farm. They ended up getting wet and returning home earlier than expected. The evening Unit of the U.C.W. met Monday evening at the home of Mrs. Sharon Essery. After several items of business were attended to by President Judi Mountjoy, Joyce Kelly led in worship on Thoughts for Mother's Day.
