March Break program will introduce kids to ‘amazing’ animals Scugog Shores Museum to offer March Break Camp for kids Scugog area kids will get a chance to get-up-close to some of the world’s most amazing animals later this month during March Break. Scugog Shores Museum has announced they will be offering three full-day programs during March Break for children ages 5-10. Here, the amazing world of animals will be discovered. Each day of the camp includes crafts, games, stories, music, drama and a special 90 minute pres- entation by an animal professional, where children can get up close and personal with many exotic animals. On Friday, March 9, Zoo To You (www.zoo-to-you.net) offers an amazingly interactive experience for children, where they will get to clude the social life of mammals, how they survive in the wild and how they adapt to the changing seasons. The following week, on Wednes- day, March 14, “Birds of Prey” will be new heights in environmental educa- tion. They are dedicated to presenting Birds of Prey to the public in the hopes of inspiring an appreciation which will lead to the conser- vation of these amazing creatures and their habitat.
