Mulvey and Mr. B. Tim Raines have been released from the hospital. Several of our area are acquainted with Mr. and Mrs. Walter Bond, both of whom are patients in St. Joseph's Hospital, Toronto. Mr. and Mrs. Les Beacock were among the festive gathering of twenty-nine at his brothers, Mr. and Mrs. L. Beacock, Port Perry, a group of nineteen at their son's, Mr. and Mrs. Don Beacock at Seagrave, and a relative get-together at Mr. and Mrs. Bryan Beacock, Shirley Road. Mr. and Mrs. M. Luke and two sons, Stoney Creek, dined with his mother, Mrs. C. Luke, and other relatives. Mr. and Mrs. Grant Beacock,.- New Liskeard, were at his parents and Smith and Mr. and-Mrs. \ relatives for a week. D. Leslie and family "of Seagrave, likewise same above names were at the Leslie's too. Mrs. E. Weeden was happy to have her grandson for a week, Richard Weeden, Oshawa. Mr. and Mrs. F. Gibson, also, had their grand- daughters, Elizabeth, Donna and Barbara Gibson, Port Perry. Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Jeff- rey of Millwork enjoyed being evening dinner guests During that time Don, Grant, Bryan, their wives, two grandsons, Lee and Blair gathered for an even- ing dinner in honour of two birthdays at the Les Beacocks. Mrs. Mabel Graham has returned from two enjoyable weeks with her daughter, Mr. and Mrs. H. Hargraves and gathering of Willowdale. Mr. and Mrs. J. Brain and family had a large group of relatives for a day. Mr. and Mrs. L. Pereman and her sister, Mr. and Mrs. McGregor joined the gather- ing with their maternal par- ents, Mr. and Mrs. Denniston of White Lake in Renfrew district. Mr. and Mrs. Doug McMil- lans and family spent special days at his people, the Mc Millans and Fishleys of Sea- grave, and at 'another mother's group, Mrs. Ella Venning, Blackstock. Mr. Hugh Strong kindly opened his home for his family, the Ashtons, the Vernons, McHughs, and the Dearborns, also Ross Strong. Mr. and Mrs. Roy Graham and family spent the day with rest of kin at his father's, Mr. M. Graham, Blackstock. A very prosperous New Year to everyone. Last Sunday being the first worship of the year, brought about an encouraging-size congregation. Mrs. Robt. (Linda) Hunter presided at the organ. Rev. R.
