Port answers Soccer challenge A challenge to Port Perry and area by the Uxbridge and District Minor Soccer Association, two weeks ago, to field teams this season has not gone unanswered, according to Bruce Arm- strong ol the association. He reports well over a dozen boys have answered the call, along with some coaching talent in Port Perry's John Martens and . Barry Page. Mr. Martens has expres- sed a willingness to take part in the coaching and organ- izational end of the sport at this end, providing some more people come forward to help out. His telephone number is 985-7987. As well as coaching help, the league could take on a lot more boys. Organizers are hoping for more participat- ion as the local group be- comes better known and organizational efforts move into full swing. For those boys who are interested at this time, registration will be held in Uxbridge at the Legion Building on Saturday, March 22 from 9 a.m. to 12 noon. Mr. Armstrong said that : registration date will be set up here in the future. He thinks there is enough enthusiasm here to see a number of teams from Port Perry and area compete in the league. it's a luxury city bike. your money The Honda CB-360 T.
