Rose assisted by Mrs. Rose at the piano. Rev. Rose spoke on the life of St. Patrick and his mission to convert the Kings to Christianity. Thursday's bingo was enjoyed by 23 residents. Winners were Mr. Samells, Brown, Vine, W. Smith, Doupe, Hamilton, Moroz, Christie, Myers, Mrs. Pear- cey and Mrs. Myers. Sunday evening a Com- munion Service was held in the nursing home with 22 residents participating. The staff had thoughtfully arran- ged the dining room suitably Nursing Home news for the "occasion and Rev. Brawn conducted a most impressive introduction leading up to the dispensing of the Sacrament. He was assisted by four elders, Mrs. Harper, Mrs. Howsam, Mr. Perard and Mr. Gibson, and the Clerk of the Session, Mr. Kendall. The entire service was most inspiring and impressive to all participating. Many expressed the wish that such a service would be confined each Easter.
