Reports continue to come to the Blackstock Fair Board of their ballons being found. Last week the secretary re- ceived a long distance call from Roseneath while this week reports came from both Keene and Little Bri- tain. Plans are being made by the fair board for the presenta- tion of an evening of music to be held in the Recreation Centre on Sunday, Jan. 25th by the Concordia Orchestra. On Sunday the 88th anni- versary service was held at the Blackstock United Church with former minister Rev. R.B. Harrison as guest speaker. Mr. Harrison who is now retired at Cannington reminisced with the congre- gation about events that occured during his ministry from 1943 to 1949. He preach- ed a fine sermon on The Miracle of Man. Both the senior and junior choirs sang' special numbers under the expert guidance of choir leader and organist Mrs. Bob Kyte. Flowers in the church in memory of loved ones were by Neil and Noreen Malcolm and family and Gib and Doris Marlow. Rev. and Mrs. R.B.
