The Bobcats took a two to nothing lead in the first period on goals by Danny Tom. Eyman and Larry Watson tied the score in the second period for Bowman- bille. . Gord McNab gave Bowmanville a three to two lead early in the third period. At the 6:52 mark, Mike Hamilton tied it up for the Big Blue Machine. The game stayed tied until a minute left in the period when Ritchie Lefort with his second goal gave the Bob- cats the lead with Kenton Baird scoring the insurance goal thirty seconds later to give the Bobcats the win. PORT PERRY 3 UXBRIDGE 2 Friday, November 28, the Murray Williams Bobcats Midget 2 Club travelled to Uxbridge and came home ° with a victory. : Ritchie Lefort and Kenton Baird gave the Bobcats a two goal lead in the first period. There was only one goal scored in the second period by Steven Geer to five the Big Blue Machine a three to nothing lead. Ux- bridge came fighting back in the third period with two goals by Mark Chase and Al Carruthers. This made the way for a very exciting finish with our best line of anfams count fwo wins the night, Danny Taylor, Robert Parker, and Steven Geer, keeping Uxbridge in check to enable the Bobcats to come home with a three to two victory. The next home game for the Bobcats is Thursday, December 4 at 7:30 p.m. - when they host Markham. Taylor and Ritchie Lefort. - Then Saturday, December 6 at 8:00 p.m., the Bobcats travel to Lindsay to take on the number one team in the north. Bantams win one, lose one , On November 26, the Beare Motors Bantam were at home to Port Hope. - In the first two periods, the score was close with Port Hope scoring three goals and Port Perry scoring four, but in the third, the roof caved in with Port Hope scoring three unanswered goals.
