Brians tied it' at 8:10 of the second with a goal by Ken Fraser from Paul Christie and Ken Nott. : "Smits went ahead again at 11:20 when Pat Thompson scored from Rick Evans. Brians scored two quick ones in the third at :15 mark by Ken Nott from Bill Peeters, then at 2:30 by Ken Fraser from John Cooper. Smits got their third at 3:15 by Ron Short from Rick Evans and Ken Nightingale. Brians scored two more at 4:58 by Ken Nott from Ken Fraser and at 14:58 by Bill Peeters.
