A Pits and Quarries Act Town Hall 1873 A program of country and western music held at Town Hall 1873 Sunday night proved so popular that some people had to be turned away at the door. Over 200 people attended, and another 30 had to be turned away. The turn-around from the somewhat disappointing turnout at the first jamboree three months, ago was credited to not nly a more active publicity campaign, but also the growing interest in the Town Hall program from local and rams.
