The students will be work- ing in the areas of industrial relations, emplryment stan- dards, personnel, women's programs and human rights. Under the Industrial Re- lations Program, 55 senior students from. courses in law, business administra- tion, commerce, finance and related labour studies will be assigned to labour unions and councils, consulting firms, large companies and employee associations to gain practical experience in the field of Industrial Relat- ions through exposure to the everyday dynamics in the . field and participation in its operations. The remaining main pro- grams of the Ministry of Labour are part of Exper- ience '76 which is an Ontario Government program co- ordinated by the Ontario Youth Secretariat and de- signed to provide supple- mentary summer employ- ment in the broad areas of culture, recreation, social services, education, and environment.
