The Peterborough team were an excellent young team as Kelly Neals pitched" almost 7 full games for the team. They played so well throughout the tournament but were tired after -eding Oshawa in the sémi-final in another good game. The Port Perry merchants will now travel to Ottawa on Labour Day weekend to take part in the Ontario Summer Games. Seven teams will take part with Port Perry, Picton and New Liskeard already declared. The local team, will cer- tainly be worthy represent- . atives and should do. well. The Port Perry minor soft- "ball association . were excellent hosts for the eight teams which took part and the visiting clubs were impressed with the tourn- ament.
