A [ A Gir ug Hogg o Do i ® 5547 f Scugog Street here in Port Perry won the $1,000 Loto Luck draw. Seen here presenting the cheque to Mr. Hogg (left) is Bill Brock, one of the Loto Luck organizers. Loto-Luck's top prize to D. Hogg The second drawing of LOTO-LUCK took place on Monday afternoon at the Museum on Scugog Island. Over 800 tickets had been sold of the 1,000 offered for sale. As a result of the draw, the Museum, the Scout Hall and the Town Hall will "receive over $300 each and the Trust Fund will increase by about $600. Winner of the $1,000 prize was Douglas Hogg of Scugog Street, Port Perry. He had purchased his ticket from Bill Brock, chairman of the Luck Committee, who won $100 as seller. Other prizes went to Gord Lewis, Port Perry (8300); Mrs. Germaine Lauzon, Alexandria, Ontario ($200); Archie MacMaster, Port Perry ($100); John Pearce, Scugog Island ($50) and John Brock, Carleton Place ($50). Mr. Hogg's ticket was No. 748--therefore all tickets ending in '8' will receive money back or a ticket on the next draw. See classified ads for list of winners. Although no final decisions have been made about the future of the Loto-Luck draw, it is felt likely that there will be only one drawing per year - in the future, since everyone, organizers included, feel that the lottery market is reaching a saturation point, chbddaibdiacdaisiiiiie Alot of people like the Royal Bank for Term Plan Loans.
