Mrs. Jack Crosier accompanied Mr. and Mrs. Mansell Gerrow of Oshawa Hospital Auxiliary functions and also the auxiliary members who assisted with the Kinette House Tour. Mrs. Pugh gave a report on the fall conference which was held in Port Hope in September. Eight ladies attended and each gave a report on different phases of auxiliary work. Mrs. Pugh spoke on the need of a constitution and set of by-laws for our own auxiliary. It is expected, a constitution will be ready to be read and passed at our annual meeting in Nov. It was decided to purchase four dozen trays for the hospital patients. Tickets were distributed for the Annual Doll Draw on Dec. 11th. Anyone wishing tickets please contact Mrs. M. Cannon at 985-7137 or any member of the auxiliary. Letters will also be sent to - organizations asking for support for this project. A committee was appoint- ed to look after the usual Christmas preparations at the hospital. The annual meeting of the auxiliary will be on Nov. 15 at 2 p.m. at the hospital.
