The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Roy Turner of Blackstock and the groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Ken Minshall of R. R. 1, Nestleton. The bride, given in marri- age by her father, wore a traditional empress style gown of ivory satin with bodice and sleeves of French lace, and her mother's floor length veil of ivory Belgian lace. She carried a cascade bouquet of white roses and mums and wore pearl ear- rings and pendant, a gift from the groom. The, maid, of honour was Pag i oy and the a I were Mrs. Rob Mairs, Jane Miller and Laura Jo Gunter. Cathy Lee was flower girl with Craig Paisley as ring bearer. The bride's . mother wore a mist green floor-length gown of polyest-: -er knit with matching jacket. For her going-away outfit, the bride wore green and grey wool slacks with an orange print blouse and a purple orchid and white mums corsage. Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a long, ivory gown of polyester or- ganza with a high collar of knife-pleat ruffles, also round the long sleeves and bottom of the dress, with an attached train. A matching headdress held her shoulder- length veil. Sunderland, niece of the bride, -was flowergirl, and Bill Jordan of Oshawa was ring bearer. Jack Mcintyre of Port Perry was best man. Murray Leslie of Oshawa, brother of the bride, ushered. Utica Community Hall was the setting for the wedding reception. The couple is honeymoon- ing points West.
